Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account: your @mail.polimi.it email (for verification), a hashed password, and whether you're an exchange student.
• Contributions: review content, course submissions, correction suggestions and your private shortlist.
• Analytics: anonymous page and search events with no user identifiers.
• Research: optional questionnaire answers, collected without any account link.

Anonymity of reviews

Published reviews never display names, emails or user IDs. Authorship is stored in a separate protected table used only to let you edit your review and to prevent duplicates.

Grade privacy

Grade distributions are hidden until a minimum number of grades is reached for a course.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. This removes your login, shortlist and the link to your reviews; reviews are withdrawn from public view.
